Service Providers

We share information with vendors, contractors, and service providers that help us operate the Website or Services, such as hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, billing processors, payment processors, email providers, customer support tools, advertising tools, security tools, and similar business service providers. These parties may process information on our behalf under agreements or obligations that limit their use of the information.

Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

If a Service operates with, through, or alongside a Third-Party Platform, information may be shared with or received from that Third-Party Platform as part of installation, authentication, billing, permissions, integrations, support, or Service functionality. Third-Party Platforms independently govern parts of their own systems, billing environments, APIs, privacy practices, and related data flows.

Business Transfers

If iazo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:

  • comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests;
  • enforce our agreements;
  • detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; or
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of iazo, Customers, Merchants, users, service providers, platform partners, or others.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you instruct us to do so, authorize an integration, request a data export, connect a third-party service, approve a Billing Platform, or otherwise consent to sharing.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

  • keep the Website and Services functioning properly;
  • remember preferences and settings;
  • understand usage and performance;
  • measure website, app listing, campaign, and marketing performance;
  • improve navigation, reliability, and user experience; and
  • support analytics, attribution, and advertising activities.

Depending on the Website or Service, these tools may include analytics platforms, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, attribution tools, or similar technologies.

You may be able to control certain tracking settings through your browser, device, operating system, platform settings, or any cookie controls we make available. Blocking or disabling certain technologies may affect the functionality of the Website or Services.

We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand traffic, evaluate app or website discovery, measure marketing effectiveness, and build or use audiences for advertising purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered targeted advertising, sharing, or another regulated use of Personal Information. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notices, consent tools, or opt-out choices.

You may also have choices through:

  • browser settings;
  • device settings;
  • operating system or Third-Party Platform-level ad settings;
  • cookie banners or controls, if provided; and
  • applicable privacy rights request processes described below.

Where required by law, we will honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), for uses of data that are subject to those legal requirements.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults acting on behalf of businesses. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under the age required by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, contact us so we can review and address the situation.

We retain Personal Information and related data for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain account, subscription, and support records;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • protect our business and users;
  • support legitimate business operations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the applicable Service, legal obligations, operational needs, and whether the information remains necessary for the original purpose or another disclosed purpose.

We may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain it in identifiable form.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information and other data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services and transmit information to us at your own risk.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Where required, we will take appropriate steps to address applicable legal requirements for international transfers.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by law. Where required, we will honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for uses of data subject to those requirements.

If we deny a privacy rights request, you may have the right to appeal that decision where applicable law provides such a right. Instructions for appealing will be included in our response.

If you reside in Canada, you may have rights to access and correct Personal Information we hold about you and to withdraw consent to certain processing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice where applicable.

Some processing may occur in the United States or other jurisdictions outside Canada. By using the Website or Services or otherwise providing Personal Information to us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with privacy laws that differ from those in your province or territory.

If you are a Customer or Merchant using our Services, you may contact us directly regarding data we control or process.

If you are an end customer, end user, or other individual whose information may have been processed through one of our Customers’ or Merchants’ use of a Service, that Customer or Merchant is often the primary party responsible for your relationship with the applicable store, site, App, business, or Third-Party Platform account and for responding to requests about that data. In many cases, the fastest route is to contact that Customer or Merchant directly.

Where required by law, platform rules, contractual obligations, or Customer instructions, we may assist with access, correction, deletion, restriction, or similar requests related to data processed through our Services.

The Website and Services may contain links to or integrations with websites, Third-Party Platforms, Apps, products, devices, payment systems, marketplaces, or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, not this Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Website, the Services, by email, through a connected Third-Party Platform where applicable, or by posting an updated version with a new revision date.

Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
